Jenny has gained a well deserved reputation for providing dentists and their teams the ‘nuts & bolts’ of effective dental practice management. Her logical, bottom-line approach and motivational manner has won her a loyal fan base around the world.
Whether attending a Jenny ‘on stage’ program or listening to a CD audio programs or tele-seminar or webinar, Jenny inspires the listener to commit to making needed changes to practice dentistry in a stress free, productive and profitable environment.
JdSG International Inc., and Jenny are committed to support dental practices move to their next management/financial level by offering a range of Support Services to Jenny’s 17 Programs.
To this end, in spring 2011, Jenny reached out to one of the top US dental consulting companies of Castagna/Moore to augment the JdSG Support Services. This expansion allows JdSG clients a wider range of support services including the JCM In-practice Program.
Like many entrepreneurs, Jenny started her company out of her house; growing JdSG International Inc., to 7 full time corporate staff members and 8 dental consultants in the field. In 1998, Jenny sold her company to Sullivan Dental Supply Company, who very shortly afterwards was acquired by Henry Schein Inc. After her husband, David C Tom DDS died in 1999, she acquired her company back from HSI and formed JdSG International Inc.
